General terms and conditions
Registration
Registrations for our courses can be made by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail and are binding. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Parents will receive a confirmation of enrolment from STARTKLAR in electronic or written form. There will be no separate course reminder.
Terms of payment
The entire course fee must be paid at the beginning of the first course unit. In the case of bank transfer, a transfer receipt must be handed over at the start of the course.
Deregistration
Cancellations can only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the course and must be made in writing. Cancellations or cancellations after the first course unit will not be refunded.
Cancellation/Absence
There is no entitlement to a make-up or refund of the course price for missed units (e.g. illness, holiday or similar). Parents will be informed by text message if the course is changed or cancelled by the course management. The cancelled unit will be made up at the end of the course. The STARTKLAR association is free to change course leaders at any time without prior notice.
Course rescheduling
The association reserves the right to postpone or cancel the start of the course if the required minimum number of participants is not reached. We recommend that you contact our office or our website to find out about current course dates or changes to dates.
Behaviour on the course premises
The house rules must be observed. The instructions of the association’s staff must be followed at all times. In the event of serious misbehaviour or gross disregard of instructions, the association is entitled to exclude a child from the course.
Duty of supervision
The duty of supervision on the way to the course location and after the end of the course is the sole responsibility of the parents or an accompanying person authorised by them. Parents are obliged to bring and collect the child on time. If persons other than the parents pick up the child, a written declaration to the organisation is required in advance. The person authorised to collect the child must introduce themselves to the staff of the association and identify themselves at the first contact.
Liability
The perpetrators are liable for any damage to the course premises, equipment, teaching materials or instruments. While the STARTKLAR association is responsible for supervision, the children are covered by the association’s liability insurance. The association accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the child’s clothing and personal belongings (e.g. jewellery, glasses, toys) caused intentionally or through gross negligence. It is recommended that children are not given any valuable items and that everything is labelled. Parents may be liable for damage caused by a child to third parties. It is recommended to take out private liability insurance. No liability is accepted for theft or damage to the property or health of participants.
Health
In principle, children must be healthy to take part in the courses. This means in particular that there must be no serious illnesses, colds, organ damage, infections or infectious diseases. Parents must confirm this when registering their child.
Image and sound recording
Photographic, audio and video material produced during the course by the course instructor or an authorised person on behalf of Janine Fischer may be used anonymously by Janine Fischer in all media for advertising purposes without restriction in terms of time and place. The material may also be passed on to funding organisations.
